I cannot recommend this company highly enough.This is the second time I have used them for my glass kitchen splashbacks.The whole team are professional and deliver excellent service.I cannot fault the men who came to measure,the manager Jez,or Kirsty who handles customer service telephone enquiries.They did not have the muted gold I was after in their shop display but Kirsty ordered it and could not have found a better colour match for the gold accents on my new kitchen units.I chose copper sparkle and chose a digital image of wild flowers from Shuttlestock.They are also price competitive compared to others.I mentioned to Jez that the quote was higher than that 5 years ago but I understood that prices had risen.Imagine my surprise when he replied not by that much and agreed to reduce the price after a review.The time taken from intial template visit to installation was only 3 weeks.The boys who did the installation took pride in their work and were meticulous.When I realised the hot water was not working the following day Jez sent an electrician eventhough their usual electrician was hospitalised and covered the cost.The issue was quickly rectified.No quibbling eventhough I had already made full payment.E mails are answered promptly and the whole experience was stress free.

I can highly recommend Glass Inspirations, Fleet. The in-store customer service was excellent; truly helpful and so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with. The choice of ideas they display is amazing. I used a design produced by my Grandson and it came up absolutely perfect in every way. The Splash-back was delivered quickly and the packaging was excellent protection for the product.

Excellent help and support

It is a great showroom with lots of ideas and examples on show. Kirsty was very helpful. Parking is at the rear of the showroom and may be a challenge at busy periods. However, there are plenty of public car parks around.

Anything made from sheet glass. Any colour (even patterns & pictures). Any size. Splash'backs, shower screens etc. They do the lot. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Customised sheet glass!

Absolutely spot on - Jez and Kirsty in the showroom were so helpful and able to advise on the best solution for our kitchen and utility room, nothing was too much trouble. Jez even came out to the house to make sure everything would work well. Dave and Rob came out to fit the kitchen they also made a couple of recommendations for the utility and made a cracking job of both. Looks stunning! I wish more companies were like this. Give these guys a try - BRILLIANT !!!

Terrific service - they really went the extra mile for us. Incredibly patient on what wasn't the most lucrative job for them - and offered great value too! It was also a challenging colour match that they replicated absolutely perfectly (after others had failed!). Cannot recommend highly enough - and they are very nice people too!

Wasn't the cheapest but we went for them given the strong reviews. We were not failed and had great service. We had a few hiccups along the way but Jed and the team made up for it and that is what separates the wheat from the chaff. Very pleased and am hoping its made to last.
